The reason you hire a wedding consultant is to save time, money, and to be directed to use only the top professionals in the business for your Wedding Day.  A consultant helps you eliminate the stresses involved in the planning process.  A planner works with many vendors related to the wedding field and knows what to expect and can pass along valuable information to the Bride & Groom.

 

I will customize any package in order to stay within a Bride & Groom's budget, from full service planning to day of wedding only.  I will be able to accommodate whatever your needs are and ensure you a memorable experience in planning the Wedding of your Dreams!

Full Service Package:

 

(In addition to "Week Of" Package)

 

·       Venue Finding: Ceremony & Reception Site Selection

·        Obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts / pricing for all wedding vendors and elements

·        Assistance with all pre-wedding day planning and details

·        Assistance with food/beverage/caterer selections

·        Recommendations for creative invitations and favors

·        Recommendations for makeup and hair artists

·        Recommendations for entertainment options including DJs, bands, or musicians

·       Recommendations for quality photography & video package

·       Recommendations for full floral decorations, arrangements, bouquets and centerpieces

·       Recommendations for Hotel/Transportation for out of town guests

·       Personalization and special touches just for your wedding, offering ideas to make your wedding unique and ways to give guests a great experience.

 

 

This wedding package includes all items listed with an additional focus on vendor selection and creative consultation. I ensure your vision becomes a reality while keeping you in budget with my knowledge of vendor reputation and fair market price. I will review written contracts, accompany you to meetings, and give advice to help in your final vendor selection. I act as mediator between venues and vendors in both the planning process and your wedding day. From the moment you sign with me, I am there to help you throughout the wedding process.
Upon contract acceptance I provide locations that fit your budget and capacity requirements. I will accompany you to on-site inspections of your possible wedding venue (Maximum of three) and meet with the catering manager to discuss my involvement.

"Week Of" Package:

 

Four Weeks before the wedding

·       Meeting to discuss wedding and reception/ceremony details

·       Two weeks prior to the ceremony, all vendors listed on the contract will be contacted to verify details of their services

·       Prepare wedding day itinerary (timeline) for the Bride/Groom and bridal

·       party, and vendors

Payments to the vendors

·       Contact all vendors listed to finalize what is the payment that is due and when is it due.

·       Distributing final balances and gratuities to the vendors on your behalf

 

Rehearsal

·       Conduct all Vendor Confirmations for rehearsal.

·       Attend and direct rehearsal (not including the rehearsal dinner)

·       Final collection of wedding items at rehearsal to be set up on wedding day such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.

·       Manage wedding vendors per your instructions - I will be available in person and/or by telephone during the entire wedding week & day to assist vendors with any problems or questions

·       Unlimited E-mail Consultations and Phone Calls for the last month prior to the wedding

 

This wedding package includes all items listed with an additional focus on finalizing the details of the Wedding day.  This package is designed for Bride & Grooms who have already selected their venue and have hired most of their vendors.

 

In addition to this package if selected:

·       Monthly update meetings to discuss details of wedding, review contracts, last minute vendor selection or recommendations

·       Bridal Check-list & Time guideline Book

·       A list of Preferred Vendors with phone numbers

All Packages Include:

 

Pre-Wedding
·       Conduct all Vendor Confirmations for ceremony and reception

·       Arranging transportation for the wedding party and guests if required

·       Ensure reception and ceremony areas are set up as you have planned

·       Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors

·       Access to Bridal Emergency Kit on Wedding Day

·       Acceptance of and assistance with the distribution and pinning of all corsages,
boutonnieres, wedding flowers and flower-girl baskets

·       Unlimited E-mail Consultations and Phone Calls the last week prior to the wedding

·       Bridal Check-list & Time guideline Book

 

Ceremony

·       Assist Bride, Groom and the wedding party as needed in getting ready for the ceremony

·       Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony

·       Greeting your guests and directing them to the ceremony area

·        Lining up and cueing the Wedding Party when it's time to walk down the aisle

·       Letting you know when it's time to walk down the aisle, making sure you are ready

·       Making sure your dress and train are perfect and send you on your way down the aisle

·       Making certain that all ceremony musicians have the correct musical selections for guest arrival, family seating and also the correct processional and recessional musical selections

·       Making certain that the ceremony musicians are cued appropriately to ensure correct pace and timing

·       Coming to the rescue of the crying flower girl or ring bearer during the ceremony when their Mom and /or Dad happen to be in the ceremony

 

Reception set up during the day

·       Distributing copies of your Complete Wedding Day Itinerary (timeline) to all vendors

·       Oversee the beginning stages of preparation of the Bride, Bridal Party, & Family

·       Ensuring proper placement of the guest’s assigned seating place cards, wedding favors, ceremony programs, disposable cameras, etc. --per your exact instruction

 

Cocktail Hour

·       Directing your guests to the cocktail reception

·       Greet Guests to the cocktail hour and help them find their seating cards

·       Ensuring Bride & Groom and Bridal Party have cocktails and Hors D'ouvres

 

Reception

·       Organizing the Grand Entrance and getting everyone lined up outside the reception area in correct order.

·       Making sure all candles are lit and remain lit throughout the entire reception

·       Prompt band/DJ of Bride and Groom’s arrival, cake cutting, toast, bouquet and garter toss etc.

·       Making sure the dietary needs and requests of guests such as allergies, vegetarian and vegan requests are followed through with correctly

·       Work side by side with catering banquet captain for a memorable dining experience

·       Making certain that everyone involved in toasts or special events during the day are cued and ready

·       Distribute items to be tossed just prior to Bride and Groom’s Departure

·       At the end of the reception, ensure the gifts, cake, bridal attire, portrait, bridal book and pen, cake cutting tools and Champagne flutes and any other items are being transported to the assigned location by the assigned family member or friend

·       Guiding you graciously through your day, keeping things running on schedule and organized
